& Title Registrations
Amateur Radio Plates |
|

|
Amateur
radio tag applications must be completed
and mailed to the State office to initiate
manufacturing of the plate. A copy of your
Federal FCC Amateur Radio License must
accompany the application. The State
address is: Titling & Registration
Division, Tennessee Department of Safety,
44 Vantage Way, Suite 160, Nashville, TN
37243-8050. Application forms are
available at the Courthouse or Bonny Oaks
Branch Office. A
form may also be requested by calling
423/209-6525. Also, first time radio tag
applicants with a regular tag that is
valid must surrender the regular tag when
picking up the radio tag.
When
applying or renewing, need copy of FCC
License and you must present Photo
Driver License or other acceptable photo
