Trailers not requiring an apportionment
plate may be eligible for a permanent
Tennessee registration. Trucking firms who
are not already dealing with another
county in Tennessee who also have an
office or depot located any place in
Tennessee are invited to contact the

Four Easy Steps
1) Contact us for the specific documentation we need to speedily

Though not required, data tapes simplify the process.
When you call, let us know
if tapes are available.
2) Furnish us your shipping account number, i.e. UPS, Federal
Express or Airborne.
Orders are promptly filled and shipped.
3) Inform us of the location of your Tennessee office or depot
along with the telephone
number and contact person.
4) Include your check for $96.75 per trailer, payable to
Hamilton County Clerk.
